Diligex, with the participation of the Malta Sanctions Monitoring Board (SMB), is pleased to announce an upcoming Sanctions Trade Risk & Compliance Business Breakfast, designed to shed light on the growing importance of sanctions compliance across both regulated and non-regulated sectors. The session is designed to adopt a practical approach and provide time for a Q&A session.

This in-person morning event will be held in Malta on 30th September 2025 and aims to bring together a targeted audience of: Directors/C-suite representatives from entities exposed to possible sanctions-related risk, including those in import/export, shipping, and trading, as well as Compliance Officers, MLROs and due diligence executives responsible for sanctions risks.
Attendees can expect a practical and interactive morning featuring key insights from the Malta Sanctions Monitoring Board and international speakers, followed by a case study-based workshop and open panel discussion. This session offers a unique opportunity to gain clarity on sanctions obligations, understand their practical application, and explore real-life international experiences.

This event shall be a paid event to cover event costs at a fee of Eur45 exclusive of VAT. If 3 or more registrants from the same entity are registered concurrently, a 15% discount applies. Tickets are non-refundable. Subject to availability, up to 2 tickets may be provided complimentarily for Diligex AML100 clients. The event is on a first-come first-served basis with limited seating capacity.
