Following the publication of the New Rulebook for Trustees and Other Fiduciaries by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) on 5th December 2024, Diligex is organizing an online webinar on 22nd January 2025 at 14:00hrs CET on the topic. The new rulebook is currently open for consultation which feedback needs to be submitted to the regulator by no later than 31st January 2025.
The webinar is being hosted by Diligex together with regulatory compliance partners ASPIDA.
Dr Petra Camilleri, Deputy Head – Trustees and Company Services Providers (MFSA) shall be participating during the information session.
The webinar shall seek to give insight into the main elements of the introduced change. This would allow licensees and new entrants to understand the expected requirements communicated in this consultation phase both for purposes of preparedness and to be in a position to clarify any matters prior to submitting any feedback as part of the consultation.
